Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GridMyTime ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GridMyTime is a cloud-based appointment scheduling platform that allows service businesses to manage bookings, staff schedules, and customer communications. The Service includes a web application, a public booking page, and a mobile companion app.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. One person or legal entity may maintain only one free-tier account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Scrape data or automate access beyond normal API use
  • Impersonate another user or business
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the notification system

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Plan limits (staff count, SMS budget) are enforced automatically. Exceeding limits may require upgrading to a higher tier.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (business information, client records, appointment data). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridMyTime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You can delete your account from settings or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practical. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GridMyTime operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
